How fast is delivery?+
Orders placed before 2pm are delivered the same day in Mogadishu. Hargeisa, Garowe, Bosaso, Kismayo and other cities receive orders within 2–4 working days. Delivery is free on orders over $50, otherwise a flat $3.
How can I pay?+
Pay instantly with EVC Plus, ZAAD or Sahal — you’ll receive a prompt on your phone to approve with your PIN. You can also choose cash on delivery.
What is your returns policy?+
Unopened products can be returned within 7 days of delivery. If anything arrives damaged, message us on WhatsApp with a photo and we’ll replace it free of charge.
